There will be an additional charge of THB 5,000 per charter for Half-Day trips and THB 8,000 per charter for Full-Day trips during the following periods:

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If there is a monsoon, the Marine Department informs that the boat cannot leave for the sea, yacht charter reserves the right to cancel the trip and propose a change of departure date.
In case the client cancels for personal reasons, the paid amount will be forfeited.
No, you shouldn’t bring your passport, unless your tour requires it. We recommend bringing your driver’s license as a form of ID instead. However, before confirming booking, our team shall request copy of passport of each passenger for insurance registration.
For safety reasons, we strongly recommend at the minimum 2 years old and require to be accompanied by parents, aged 16 years or over, with no more than two children per responsible person. Life Jacket is required entire the charter service.
You can cancel your trip for any reason. An administration fee will apply for cancellations subjected to the terms & conditions of each yacht selected.
In the event of any unpredictable weather conditions which may be harmful or compromise safety, we shall notify you in advance to change the itinerary or delay the trip.
